Barnfields offer a comprehensive survey and valuation service on residential property and certain types of commercial property. We undertake RICS Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys.

Over the last twenty years we have acted for a wide range of private and institutional clients. In 1998 we achieved ISO 9002 accreditation for valuation and surveying services.

In 2000 Keith Barnfield was in the first group of 250 chartered surveyors to be accredited by SAVA, the body initially charged with the responsibility for testing and monitoring home inspectors.

In May 2007 Keith was accredited as a Home Inspector with the ability to prepare Energy Performance Certificates, one of only 520 individuals to have qualified in time for the Government’s initial HIPS target date of 1st June 2007.
